Little chef Waaiz makes the best chocolate cupcakes.Here he shares his recipe with you.Poor kid,I told him to hurry up and talk fast ,haha…I wanted to make sure the video duration stays under 5 minutes. You will need 1 1/2 cups of cake flour, 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup cocoa powder 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp canola oil 3/4 cup buttermilk, 3/4 cup warm brewed coffee Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bake at 325′F for about 18 – 20 minutes. These are really moist,flavorful and delicious cupcakes. We frosted them with white chocolate cream cheese frosting. Cream 1/2 cup butter,1/2 cup cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla together. Gradually add 2lbs of powder sugar.Continue mixing for about 5 minutes. Melt about 1 cup of white chocolate and let it sit to room temperature.Add that to your frosting and mix for another 3 minutes.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 10 minutes before frosting the cupcakes.ENJOY!
